Eric Weaver  |  Senior Pastor
With a love for people and energy to burn, Eric is thrilled to be back home in the Midwest.  As a college freshman, Eric was captured by the irresistible grace of God and transformed by the love of Jesus.  Upon graduating from Waldorf College, Eric spent a few years working at a year-round Bible camp in Okoboji and it was there he met Katie, the love of his life.  Eric and Katie were married in Cedar Falls and graduated together from the University of Northern Iowa.  After spending the first several years of their marriage serving a church in the Cedar Valley, the Weavers moved to the mountains of Colorado where Eric earned his Masters of Divinity from Denver Seminary.  A Nebraska native, Eric enjoys cheering for the Huskers, but his favorite team is the four little ones who call him "daddy."  Eric cherishes time with his family, strumming on his guitar, peeking through his camera, and hunting for errant tee shots in the rough.  Eric and Katie live in Forest City with their four children, Anna, Elijah, Emilie, and Claire.

Doug Snyder  |  Family Life Pastor
Doug and Beth have been married for 22 years and treasure time with their five children, Ben, Matt, Rachel, Sam, and Andrew. They met while sharing a piano bench in music theory class the first day of school freshmen year. Doug graduated from Bethel University with a BA in Speech Communications (Beth a BSN) and earned his M Div from Sioux Falls Seminary. In addition to parenting, Doug learned family and people skills with Beth through business and church planting experiences, books, and especially enjoying many host home families as their music ministry lead them to travel extensively throughout the US, Canada, and in parts of Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, Germany, and England. Doug and Beth live on the outskirts of Forest City and along with music and traveling, enjoy family adventures, walking / jogging, gardening, and reading. Doug is a faithful servant seeking to model the love Jesus Christ has for every person.
